As people start up the talk about covid, wearing masks, social distancing, who the good and bad people are in society and keep on with the Trump and Biden election arguments... I quietly sip my warm black coffee, feeding my soul with beautiful views and thoughts watching the sunset out on a lonely gravel road. Life will beat you up and stain your soul if you let it. So many things out here to be thankful for and could bring folks together, yet many focus in on the negative and separating this group from that rather than coming together as one. Most of this turmoil and negativity is brought to a person via their own thoughts, actions, and reaction. As for me, I will take a tranquil view out on the coast of somewhere beautiful be it rural Iowa or a quiet Caribbean island. As it has been said, free your mind and the rest will follow.
